What are “True-Nano” Nanomolecular Coatings?

The accepted scientific definition of the term “nano-molecular” is any material
with atomic/molecular level unit dimensions ranging from one nanometer (nM) to 100 nM [1 nM = 1 Billionth of a Meter; or approximately 1/80,000 the diameter of
a human hair].

By penetrating to the true, nano-molecular level true Nano products initiate reactions with existing atoms and molecules located within the concrete as well as on the substrate surface, creating new, molecularly determined structures with specific desirable and positive characteristics.

Xurex Concrete Solutions is a series of sealant formulation specifically designed to penetrate the surface of concrete which, after proper curing, provides benefits such as enhanced corrosion resistance, permeation and increased hydrophobicity.

The sealant formulation is tailored to allow the concrete to be resistant to acid , caustic, solvent and at the same time becomes more abrasion resistant. Because the Xurex Concrete Solutions is Infused into the concrete it will not separate, delaminate or contaminate.

A lithium based densifier reacts with the cementitious ingredients to densify while
allowing deep penetration to chemically harden and fortify the concrete. A unique reactive chemistry forms an insoluble bond with the free lime forming an extremely strong Tri-calcium silicate compound.

By top coating the densified concrete with XCS , we provide a sealant that infuses with the densified concrete that provides an impenetratable barrier in most exposure conditions.
