If you store hazardous or polluting materials you must be in compliance with the new Part 5 rules from the DEQ. This will effect your containment requirements such as:

• Unsealed concrete or concrete blocks are not allowed.
• You may have to increase the size of your dike to contain collected precipitation.
• You may have to add squirt protection.
• Clay or soil liners are not adequate containment structures.
